The Pedagogy of Environmental Humanities aims to raise awareness of the crucial role of education in creating a sustainable model for society as a response to the increasingly complex challenges that the world is facing. It promotes making sustainable changes, both individually and collectively, in order to allow future citizens to experience complexity and, simultaneously, transform them into promoters of tangible actions to help protect the planet. The goal is to encourage and build ecological awareness, starting a process of lifelong learning through a multidisciplinary approach.

- Martina Ercolano, Department of Educational Psychological Sciences and Communication, Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples: "Community, art and formation of the Self. For sustainable museum education”.
