On Thursday September 24 from 3pm to 6pm, Ocean Space will be opening its doors to the school community, inviting school leaders, teachers and educators to participate in the presentation of its educational and training mission for the 2020/2021 school year.

Reflecting on the role of the arts in the climate emergency, Ocean Space's educational programming aims to motivate and engage the community of teachers, students and their families on issues relating to pressing global environmental and social challenges.

During the presentation, we will be introducing topics relating to to citizenship education, oceanographic issues, and contemporary culture, and sharing good educational practices and hands-on strategies. This educational activity aims to encourage the development of a broader awareness in order to participate in the evolution of our complex and constantly shifting contemporary society.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

In compliance with current regulations relating to the public health crisis, and in order to make the meeting safe and accessible, the presentation will be held both in person and online via the Zoom platform.
