As part of the first edition of Venice Climate Week, on Wednesday, June 4, Ocean Space hosts “Planet Aqua”, a public event exploring ecology, economy, and the ways in which art and culture can help us understand and address the transformations of our time.

In an era marked by increasingly profound climate change, water emerges as a crucial element for reimagining our shared future. Organized in collaboration with Marevivo and the Italian Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale, the event brings together experts from a range of disciplines — including economist Jeremy Rifkin — and offers a radical rethinking of ecological transition, starting from the centrality of water as our most precious common good.

“Planet Aqua” is part of the official program of the first Venice Climate Week, conceived by Riccardo Luna and promoted in collaboration with the Future Food Institute, as an international platform for dialogue on climate, sustainability, and regenerative economic models.
